Hello vidico, your English is excellent! It was great to see all 3 cubs (and Mum) running around today (3.30pm) looking happy and healthy.

Thank you very much for the good news CarolW! I´m so glad to hear the tiger-family is together now after so many weeks separated :-) (Sorry, if my English should not be very good - I´m German)

Back together

It was great to hear on the news last night that the family are back together at last. I hope the 2 cubs that suffered broken bones go from strength to strength.

Banda and her cub
JaneGJaneG on 21st Sep 2009
I was lucky enough to see them both today. The male cub (Bintang) was stalking mum and pounced on her back from behind a clump of grass. They were rolling around together having fun. I do hope the other 2 cubs will soon be able to join them when their broken limbs caused by osteoporosis are completely healed. The local newspaper said last week that they are improving thank goodness.

Two tigers in view enjoying the sunshine. It isn't very clear though on the right of the screen where the tigers are. Seems clearer on the left.

No Tigers

I've not seen a single tiger on this cam. I saw a magpie once, but I don't think that counts!

tigers

As my name more or likely gives away i really really love tigers, so much so i am planning, once i have finished university, to open and run my own wildlife park dedicated on the conservation of these beautiful animals. i think this webcam is excellent, and one day maybe this will be the only way to see them, from footage filmed in the past, but that will not happen though, not if i can help it. the very little helps, i am currently a member of the World Wildlife fund WWF at the moment and hopefully in the future i will be able to donate even more money to them.

so funny
gordongordon on 16th May 2009
So funny! Mum was laying down minding her own business and junior started to creep on on her from behind, as if he was stalking. Eventually he pounced on mum's back in mock attack. Mum didn't flinch!! Do you think she might have known she was being stalked?!? So funny.
