Hi Sue. It is very kind of you to "flll me in" with really useful and helpful information. How very interesting! I must say that, at the moment, I don't know much about species of birds, but having this wonderful camera here gives one an incentive to learn: and I will certainly be contacting the person whom you mention. Once again, my grateful thanks to you .... and may all of us who visit here have many happy hours of brilliant bird watching in the months and years to come! My grateful thanks to Luck2015. Please keep up the good work and thanks for spending your time looking after this small section of the rainforest which gives tremendous pleasure to all who visit the site and see these beautifully coloured birds: we are all so grateful. Thanks - Anne.

Hello Anne, yes this is a truly wonderful sight, I have been a keen watcher for over a year. The man on the other end of the camera and who is responsible for putting out all the fruit is Luck2105, he has his own website to visit www.ornithos.com.br There you can sign in and talk to him in real time, he is very knowledgable about all the different beautiful bird species. Hope this helps...Sue

First Visitor

Wow: my first visit to this fantastic site. I am "gobsmacked" by the clarity of the picture. Thanks to everyone responsible for putting the camera in this wonderful and scenic setting: truly great to see - particularly on a dank night in "ye olde England". Perhaps someone call tell me how often food is left on the platform for these wonderful birds. I can't quite make out what is in the centre of the picture; but is that some kind of fruit in the foreground?

Beautiful!

Yes! This is indeed most beautiful to watch. I love it. Well done Luciano for keeping up the food supply! I don't know where my garden birds have gone, it's strangely quiet here in England. Love to all.

Watching these birds is brilliant. Along with all the smaller very colourful ones makes this a loverly webcam to watch.I was wondering if there has been any plans to add sound? Would be great to be able to listen to them.
