Hi Carol
It certainly is, I spent most of my early years on this beach, I view this camera best part of each day and evenings.
The arrival of dawn on a good day is a wonder to behold.
Best Wishes

Hello Finetra. I see this cam link is down again your end.
St.Michaels Hotel cam view at The National Maritime Museum is live, so the cam is working and updating every 30 seconds.

Hi All
This webcam shows the views I used to see daily in my youth. Sadly the Golf Cafe, a great meeting place for us 60,s teenagers. Also another sad loss is the Palm Beach hotel, I worked there for two years as a second waiter amd had the time of my life.I started work at 7am and finished at 10.am and walked a few yards to the beach.Back to work for lunch and dinner with beach breaks in between, happy times. I miss all my old friends such as Pamela Faux, Susan Adamson Rocky Ross, Jimmy Rowe.Top of the pops on Sundays was a must at the golf cafe, with several trannies blaring out:-)
Happy days gone by but the beach stays the same, I love to watch this cam most of the day and early evening. Thanks to all those who helped supply the camera. Mike Hambly
