About
A unique view of the traditional New Forest landscape right from the heart of the National Park. The view includes classic Forest woodland and some of the open grassy areas known as lawns. You may well see New Forest ponies, Shetland ponies or cattle roaming free. All of the animals are owned by commoners who have rights to graze their animals here, helping to create and maintain the mixture of woods and open areas that we know and love as the New Forest. If you are lucky you may even see deer on the lawns at dawn or dusk.

Horses and great camera angles
Hi - my first visit to this site. It is about 9 p.m. and it's great to see the horses roaming and running around; also I like the many different camera angles - it makes really interesting viewing. Thanks again.

Hello everybody ...
Hello everybody,
I´m every day checking this cam. I like it :-)
And me - new camera going live at Butlers Hard very soon!
Great nature
I´m the only one, who is watching this cam? Great nature and most of the time I´m watching there are some ponies but unfortunately a little out of sight :-(

It's
It's still really nice to see such lovely scenery even though, sometimes, the horses are not very distinguishable against the backdrop of great countryside: it's raining this morning so they are probably sheltering under the trees - to whoever is responsible for fixing the cameras - thanks again.
