Remodeling The Enclosure

The Edinburgh Zoo's website shows the following information as to why thewebcam is not operational now. I'm hoping it gets back online soon. I miss these little creatures.

Our penguin enclosure will be the focus of an intensive maintenance and upgrade programme over the next few months. The existing pool has served our large colony of Kings, Gentoos and Rockhoppers extremely well for 20 years, and to ensure it continues to do so in the future we need to carry out this essential work.

We apologise for any disappointment and we will re-launch our penguin cam as soon as the work has been completed.

I just read on the Edinburgh Zoo website that an intensive maintenance programme is being carried out in the penguin enclosure. I wonder if that means that the nesting rings won't be put out in this area this year?

Maybe we'll get lucky one day and the cam will be up and running and once again enjoy the frolicking gentoos. This cam has been out for weeks and weeks; does anybody care? Hello is anybody out there?
